Within 3 business days of registration, you will be contacted by your VIP coach to agree upon your coaching schedule.

How long will I have access to the Dating Accelerator Online Coaching Materials?

You will have access to the Dating Accelerator materials for the lifetime of that program. All materials can be access through this platform and your coach will walk you through how to use the platform and the format for the 10-week program on your initial coaching call.

Standard Terms

1. CONFIDENTIALITY. Consultant will not disclose any confidential information about Client to any third parties without Client’s express written consent. The phrase “confidential information” includes Client’s name, dating website screen name(s), dating website username(s), passwords, residential address, work address, phone number, email address, employer, title, and birthdate, as well as any photographs of Client. If Consultant exercises the Rights (as that term is defined below), Consultant will maintain Client’s anonymity and Client will under no circumstances be identified to any third parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Consultant’s obligation not to disclose confidential information does not apply if such disclosure is required by law or court order.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY. You may cancel or terminate our coaching services at any time, but please note that our fees are non-refundable and by beginning this program you are agreeing to the full amount of the package.
   
3. DISCLAIMER. Consultant makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Services, any advice, opinions or other statements communicated during the provision of the Services, or the efficacy or success of any of the foregoing. Client acknowledges that Consultant is not a licensed professional psychiatrist or psychologist and that the Services are not to be construed as psychological counseling or any type of therapy. If Client determines that Client requires professional counseling or therapy it is Client’s sole responsibility to seek a licensed professional. Consultant makes no guarantee that Client will find a relationship or secure dates as a result of Consultant’s Services. Client acknowledges that the services constitute Consultant’s best advice and that Client is responsible for creating results satisfactory to Client.
